Sample Making
The production department shall make the corresponding samples according to the sample application form provided by the business department. The business person in charge of the business department and the product quality person in charge of the quality inspection Department shall check the samples, take photos, make sample reports, and provide them to the business person for feedback to the customer.

Sample inspection is mainly divided into three parts:
1. Sample details and product size. The person in charge of product quality inspects according to the specifications in the sample application form and takes photos.

3. Sample packing details and dimensions.
Sample inspection report
Content of standard inspection report:
1. Sample details and product size. Sample details include: sample front, side 45 degrees, side 90 degrees, back 45 degrees, bottom and other remote views, sample foot, sample welding, sample sewing line, sample fabric pattern and other details.
Product dimensions include: product length, width and height, product seat height, seat depth, seat width, foot distance. Net weight of the product.
2. Sample fabric sample retention, product sample signature, sample retention.
3. Sample packing details and dimensions.
Sample packaging details: carton front, side 45 degrees, side 90 degrees, bottom and other remote view, carton mark details, carton thickness and other photos.
Carton dimensions include: carton length, width and height, carton net weight.

After the completion of sample inspection, the sample inspection report and inspection photos will be uploaded to the system.
Raw material inspection
After the production notice is issued by the business department, the quality inspection Department will carry out raw material inspection together with the production Department and the Purchasing department.
According to the product requirements of the business department, check the procurement specifications, quality, color of raw materials.
Sign the material specification confirmation form, file it and upload it to the system.
Inspection in labor
The person in charge of product quality of the quality inspection Department shall conduct random inspection of the goods during production.
In the production of products:
Whether the color of the soft bag fabric is consistent with that of the sealed sample fabric. Whether the sewing line is smooth, whether the overall pattern meets the standard, whether there are stains and wrinkles on the surface, whether the sewing line is wired, jumper, whether the nails are nailed neatly enough, whether the sponge is fully wrapped, and whether the soft bag as a whole has bulge, bulge, sag phenomenon. Whether the surface of the fabric is smooth.
Whether the welding points of the iron frame are polished, and whether the overall size specifications of the frame meet the standards. Whether the frame has burrs, missing solder joints, and whether the product is impurities. After spraying the frame, whether there is a leak spray point, whether the surface is smooth after spraying, check whether the wall thickness of the leg meets the standard, and check whether the color of the leg is consistent with the sealing standard.
